Job Description:
The Transcendance Group (TTG) invites applications for a Cybersecurity Learnership Opportunity designed for unemployed youth seeking to enter the high-demand ICT and cybersecurity sector.
This is a structured, accredited learnership programme, not a traditional job placement, combining:
- Formal theoretical training
- Practical workplace experience
- Real-world exposure to cybersecurity environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured cybersecurity training modules
- Assist with basic cybersecurity monitoring and reporting
- Support IT security processes and compliance activities
- Conduct basic vulnerability checks and system reviews
- Assist in incident reporting and documentation
- Participate in workplace-based projects and tasks
- Maintain learning logs and portfolio of evidence
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12 / Matric (minimum requirement)
- Basic computer literacy (essential)
- Qualification or exposure in IT (advantageous but not required)
