Plant Maintenance role at Eskom (Turbo Gen Services) is a structured 24-month technical program designed to develop hands-on expertise in maintaining power plant equipment across various South African sites. As a Learner, you will work with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation tools, interpreting technical drawings and ensuring high-quality standards in plant operations.
The position is ideal for disciplined individuals who can work under pressure and possess basic computer literacy alongside their technical skills.
Job Description:
- Ability to use Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Measuring Equipment
- Ability to read and interpret Component Drawings and Tolerances
- Ability to maintain a high-Quality Standard of Work
- Basic knowledge of Quality Systems
- Ability to read, understand and independently work to technical drawings, specifications, and unit conversions in accordance with international codes and standards.

- Electrical (Power Plant) option will be an added advantage
Experience:
