About The Learnership
This learnership programme is intended at identifying suitable internal candidates for participation in the learnership programme and does not guarantee selection or enrolment.
- Qualification: National Certificate: Generic Management (NQF Level 4)
- Training: Blended learning – theoretical training, practical learning and workplace application
- Outcome: Upon successful completion, learners will obtain a nationally recognised qualification
- Cost covered: Tuition Fees only
Appointee Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured theoretical training sessions
- Apply learning within the workplace through practical assignments
- Develop fundamental management and supervisory competencies
- Complete workplace-based assessments and portfolio of evidence
- Demonstrate professional communication, planning and problem-solving skills
Learnership Requirements
- Citizenship: South African citizen and reside in Gauteng
- Age: Between 18 and 45 years
- Education: Minimum Grade 11 / Matric qualification with English
- Employment Status: Only permanently employed at Kia South Africa (Pty) Ltd for more than one (1) year at the time of application will be considered
